Welcome to a Spanish gem in Cabo Roig. The house is in typical older Spanish style, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In addition, there is a toilet outside by the pool. Total bed space for 8 people. The house has beautiful, sunny outdoor areas with private pool (9m x 4m).

The villa is well equipped with all amenities, including fiber broadband, 55" TV (Norwegian channels via Apple TV), AC, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fireplace and alarm.

Plenty of space for car in carport.

The house is located just 200 meters - 4 minutes walk - from one of the Costa Blanca's best beaches; Cala Capitan. The beach is suitable for the whole family, with both water sports and child-friendly areas.

Supermarket only 6 minutes walk away.
The beautiful La Zenia Boulevard with its 150 shops is only a 7-minute drive from the house.
