Large villa near Ciudad Quesada - only 35 minutes drive from the airport in Alicante. The house is a short drive away from great beaches in Guardamar and Torrevieja. A number of golf courses, shopping centers, water parks and much more are also nearby.

This is a well-equipped house of approx. 250 m2 spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, large living room, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a cozy glazed balcony. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside there is a beautiful annex with a bedroom and bathroom.

There's a big, beautiful pool on the doorstep, as well as lovely, sunny outdoor areas with their own bar and outdoor kitchen.

Private parking with plenty of space in driveway, plus parking options right outside the gate. The house is located within locked gates.

The house is in a great location within easy reach of restaurants, bars and shops. This is a great place to spend your vacation, whether it's a large family - or two families on a trip. Travel cot/crib + two extra beds for children are available.

Beach:
The nearest beach is about 10 minutes away by car. Short distance to several water parks and amusement parks.

Shopping:
Habaneras, a beautiful and large shopping center, is about 10 minutes away by car. Nearby you will also find the large Carrefour department store, which has everything you need. About 15 minutes away is La Zenia - a large shopping area with many international shops, large playground, bowling etc. Quesada center and Benijofar are a few minutes away. Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Shops:
The nearest supermarket is just below the house - about 5 mins walk. This is a nice and new supermarket that has most everything. There are also several different restaurants/bars nearby.
