A classic Spanish villa with a large and beautiful outdoor area. Perfect for two families, for example!
8 fixed beds, with the possibility of setting up a cot and cots in several of the rooms. Also the possibility to sleep in the annex if needed.

It has its own large pool, barbecue, paella grill, pavilions, outdoor shower and sun loungers. Private annex with daybed and fridge for drinks. Good outdoor lighting in the evening.

In the garden there are several zones, so you can retire to the hammock, for example, while some people play football in the "ball pit" and others take a bath or sunbathe.

All bedrooms + living room/kitchen have air conditioning installed, as well as new ceiling fans from 2022.

It takes two to three minutes to walk to the center of Quesada, where you will find a wide range of groceries, shops, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. However, this is a quiet street. The medical center is also close by.

Inlaid fiber, good wifi coverage on the entire plot. Apple television in the living room, as well as in a bedroom.

Bath toys, as well as some outdoor toys and soccer goals are available. The same also applies to toys, board games and drawing materials inside.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe and small office desk. Space for either a cot or crib. Air conditioning. Exit to sheltered outdoor area/"ballbinge".
Private bathroom (bathroom 1) attached. Modern standard of bathroom. Shower cubicle, large fittings and toilet.
Bedroom 2:
Conservatory used as a bedroom. 90 cm bed. Own television. Private exit to the garden. Portable air conditioning. Space for a cot if needed.

Bedroom 3: Two 90 cm beds. Can be combined into a double bed. Wardrobe. Air conditioning.

Bedroom 4: 2 x 90 cm beds + small sofa bed. Wardrobe. Own TV with Apple TV.
Private exit to own part of the garden. Air conditioning.

Bathroom 2: Toilet, shower niche and simple fittings. Laundry niche with new washing machine from 2023.

Ciudad Quesada is located in the municipality of Rojales in the province of Alicante. About 30 minutes by car from Alicante airport, 35 to the airport in Murcia.
The villa is located in the city center and you will find a large selection of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity.

Guardamar del Segura with its wonderful beaches is only 10-15 minutes away by car.
Torrevieja center is about the same distance, here there is also a wide variety of beaches.
In Torrevieja there is more vibrant city life for those who want it and a nice beach promenade.

The famous salt lagoons are also just a short drive away.

Shopping:
Habaneras in Torrevieja 8 minutes away by car.
You will also find LaZenia Boulevard (20 minutes) and our favorite L'Aljub in Elche nearby (about 25 minutes).
Several markets in the area with many exciting goods.

In the surrounding area there are several nice activities for families: Aquapark, Gokart, bowling and mini golf located here in Quesada. The zoo Rio Elche Safari, Pola park, Elche street jump (Spain's largest indoor trampoline park). There are also several great parks and playgrounds in the surrounding area. We are happy to give you tips!

The Costa Blanca has a great variety of golf courses, the closest one is here in Quesada.
